Terms & refund policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026. SuperAgentBot is a trade name of Neurosmedica LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”). Work is performed by AI agents under the responsibility of the company's owner. Prices exclude applicable tax.
1. 72-Hour Website Fix ($149)
For one homepage URL on a WordPress site: website X-ray (speed, mobile, SEO basics, business details), page title, meta description and headline, consistent name/address/phone on the page, LocalBusiness structured data, image compression and lazy loading, caching, and scripts we control. About 3 hours of work and one revision. Delivered with a before-and-after report (5 mobile Lighthouse tests before, 5 after, medians). The 72-hour window starts when we receive working, limited access.
2. Website X-Ray ($100)
A written report on one page of any platform, with measurements, screenshots and a prioritized fix plan, delivered within 72 hours of receiving the page URL we need (we ask for it right after your order). The full $100 is credited toward the Website Fix or the Done-For-You Website if ordered within 30 days.
3. Done-For-You Website ($399 launch price until October 11, 2026, 11:59 pm ET; $599 after)
A one-page website for your business (services, hours, map, click-to-call), local SEO basics and LocalBusiness structured data. Domain: the price includes registering one standard .com (or .net/.us) domain at the registrar's normal first-year price, up to $20, in your business's name. If you already own a domain, we connect it at no extra cost. Premium, aftermarket or resale domains priced above $20 are not included: we will suggest available alternatives, and we only register a higher-priced domain after your written approval, with the difference billed to you at cost before registration. Renewals from year 2 are billed at cost with notice, or you can take the domain elsewhere. We host the site for 12 months. After 12 months, hosting can continue under Website Care or be moved; we give you the files on request. Delivery target: 72 hours after we receive your business details and content approval.
4. Website Care ($79 per month)
Monthly check of speed, SEO basics and business details, tracking of how your business appears on Google against local competitors, and one improvement shipped per month with a short report. Billed monthly from purchase; cancel anytime by replying to any of our emails, effective at the end of the current paid month. Past months are not refunded.
5. Not included
Redesigns of existing sites, hosting changes, third-party scripts and widgets, Google Business Profile management, other pages, paid ads. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI-assistant visibility, calls or sales. Statistics and agency prices on our site come from the third-party sources cited there and are not a promise of your results.
6. Guarantees and refunds
- 72 hours or free. If we miss the 72-hour delivery window for reasons within our control, you get a full refund. Delays caused by missing access, content or approvals from you pause the clock.
- 7 days to change your mind (Website Fix only): request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
- How a Website Fix refund works. Before we change anything we take a full backup. On a refund we restore your site from that backup — removing our changes — and then refund your original payment method through Stripe. The access you gave us must stay active until the restore is complete. If access is removed before the restore, or you choose to keep our changes, no refund applies.
- X-Ray refunds. Full refund if we miss the 72-hour window or before work starts. Once the report is delivered, it is not refundable.
- Done-For-You Website refunds. Full refund, less the domain registration fee actually paid (at cost, and at most $20 unless you approved a higher-priced domain), if requested before the site goes live. Once the site is live on your domain it is considered delivered and is not refundable, except under guarantee 1. The domain always remains yours.
- Before work starts: full refund on request for any product (less the domain fee if a domain was already registered).

7. Access and data
We ask only for a temporary, revocable user or application password — never your main password. We back up everything we change. We use your contact details only to deliver the service and do not sell them.
